HOW do you solve their problems?
HOW do you help them achieve their goals?
HOW many sessions does it take and over how long?
HOW are these sessions delivered?
On completion of steps 3 and 4 you will have started the process of defining your services and target audience. Which makes communicating what you do much easier for you AND much easier for your ideal patient to recognise YOU are their ideal Physiotherapist.
